A name or place entered into a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its result. Union County Criminal History does not keep a separate log of those search terms.

Union County Criminal History does not keep, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It identifies official routes such as Union County courts, the sheriff, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, and the South Carolina Sex Offender Registry Tool. Visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
